It’s been ages since I’ve listened to Common, but in all truth, he’s the man for numerous reasons, including enduring all the outrage (bullshit more accurately) he received after getting an invite to the White House from Michelle Obama.
This track is the second single off of Common’s upcoming album The Dreamer, The Believer, and it’s produced by No I.D.; the album’s first single was “Ghetto Dreams” featuring Nas.
The Dreamer, The Believer is scheduled for a November 22nd release, let’s hope it doesn’t get delayed again.
With Busta Rhymes, Twista & Yelawolf all on the same track, a lyric video is even more necessary just to understand all that is being said. Travis really couldn’t have pick three faster rappers for the track. Well, except for Mac Lethal or this kid. Cool lyric video nonetheless..
First rejected by the Gaga camp and then approved after an outcry on the internet, here is “Weird Al” Yankovic’s first single titled “Perform This Way” off his upcoming album.
I haven’t really listened to “Weird Al” since my elementary school days. His Christmas CD was always played during the holiday season.. Since then, I watched “White & Nerdy” maybe once. Whatever though, his parodies are always lighthearted fun. Can you believe he has been doing parodies for 30 years now?

Update:
“Amish Paradise” is a classic. That’s all I want to say.
Dirty Secretz’ remix of Magnetic Man’s “I Need Air” featuring Angela Hunte just got even better with this animation video by Demon Pack’s Brett Schmidt. I would say this is better than Magnetic Man’s official video for “I Need Air”. As cool as concert footage is (not really), this animation video is way cooler. Just wait until you get to 3:27 in the video. You are in for some stunning visuals.
“Completely moved and inspired by Magnetic Man I proceeded to look for mixes of their song ‘I Need Air’ on YouTube. I soon found a stunning bootleg by The Dirty Secretz. After only a few listens images flooded my head and this is probably the closest I’ve ever come to truly animating the visuals from my cranium. Please enjoy the animation and selected stills below” – Brett Schmidt
