My favorite foreign emcee finally drops the long awaited latest video off of The Rose Tint (download here) and it’s pretty wild.
Boof! The official vid for “Take A Picture”. Directed by Special Problems + Friends: 7 different directors, 7 different formats. Cats, raps and minor explosives.
Nothing is better than a coffee break. Not many are better than Zeds Dead. Fitting? I think so. This chill new track from DC and Hook contains a banging bassline and a chill sample. The song is a little less heavy than their usual stuff but I dig it. Don’t spill your coffee now.
Someone was bound to make this and it was none other than Benzi and DJA who finally did. Together they just released a dope edit combining both versions of “I Can’t Stop.” The long intro is plain nasty and a nice build up to Kanye & Jay part. Go HAM.
Is the above screenshot ironic? Cliche? I don’t know. However, STS just made a better rap video than most rappers ever could. The Illustrious is out for download now.
School has started for many of us it and even though it is still technically Summer, it sure doesn’t feel like it anymore. What better moment for King Fantastic to proclaim the death of it with some hard rhymes over some wobbly instrumentals. Be on the lookout for the official video for “Locals Only” due out soon.
Adele’s performance of “Someone Like You” was definitely one of the highlights of the VMAs last Sunday. Her voice is simply incredible. For those who wanted a more upbeat version of the song, Alex Dreamz and Jeff T has got you covered. This mix was made with Top 40 radio directly in mind. What do you think of it?
New fuego from Boulder’s own Robotic Pirate Monkey. “Rio De Fuego” will be the first single off their upcoming Fall album. They just keep getting better and better.. You best get up on them.
Bombs Away just released a free dubstep remix of Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know” on their Soundcloud. The song is a little different from their usual in your face stuff but still has Bombs Away written all over it. The angst and emotion behind the original is still there but with a little additional wobble to it. I’m digging it.. a lot.
As I sit here sipping my coffee at 8am in my law class, it somehow feels right. The track mashes LMFAO, DJ Fresh, and Hardwell in a way that manages to convince me to listen to “Party Rock Anthem” one more time.
“Graduation” is the debut music video from the rising star Gemini. The song starts off quite beautiful before picking up in what sounds like the ending soundtrack to an action movie. Once the break drops, you will be hooked, guaranteed. You will feel like you just graduated. Preorder Gemini’s Graduation EPhere.
