And so the story goes.. Tommie Sunshine heard Vandé & Gross’ remix of Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep” (listen to it here) and fell in love with it. They talked and decided they wanted to do something together. It didn’t take long for them to decide on LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” as the obvious choice for a collaboration since it was featured on Tommie Sunshine’s “Eyes Towards Summer” DJ mix and they wanted to make a fun track for the summer.
For some seriously dumb fun, this track is it. It is the perfect summer anthem. It makes wish I was in Miami or somewhere with a beach but that seems unlikely to happen in the near future.
Also, I’m really glad they kept the “everyday I’m shuffling” part in the song. Really glad. It’s my favorite part of the whole song.
