Once a week, we will bring you a glorious track that we just can’t shake off. Whether it be a year, five years, or ten years old, we’ll show you one dated song that will tickle your fancy.

This Throwback Thursday I’m going to share a couple of my favorite tracks with you.
“Celestica” was one of the stand out tracks on Crystal Castles‘ second self-titled album that came out about a year ago. Definitely a cool, starry, gorgeous track.

“Smile” is pretty much the ultimate cheer-up song of all time. It is most likely my favorite song of all time by Eyedea. I really can’t say much to describe how uplifting and powerful it is, so just listen. It’s a sad thing Eyedea passed away last October, may he rest in peace. The track is off of By The Throat from 2009, a collaboration album with DJ Abilities.
